RE: Secure Disposition of Surplus Waste & Refuse Equipment
Executive Summary: Transparency, Integrity, and Maximum Recovery
WasteAuctions is the industry-specialized marketplace built specifically for the waste management sector. We understand that for a municipality, the disposal of surplus assets is not just a sale—it is a matter of public record, fiscal responsibility, and strict legal compliance.
Why Municipalities Trust WasteAuctions:
-
Verified Buyer Network: We don’t allow "tire-kickers." Every bidder on our platform is vetted and verified to ensure they have the capacity to close the deal and the logistics to remove heavy equipment from your yard.
-
Audit-Ready Reporting: Our platform provides a complete, digital "paper trail" for every transaction. From the first bid to the final Bill of Sale, every action is logged, providing your auditors with 100% transparency.
-
Specialized Market Reach: Unlike general auction sites, we aggregate serious buyers specifically looking for refuse trucks, containers, and landfill machinery. This specialization results in higher recovery values for your general fund.
-
Regulatory Compliance: Our process is designed to fit within the framework of local surplus property laws. We prioritize "As-Is, Where-Is" sales to eliminate post-sale liability for the municipality.
We run a tight ship so you don't have to. We invite you to review the attached agreement and join our network of professional sellers.
